Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our team on a 3-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring information is complete and up to date. Responsibilities • Enter data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems to ensure reliable records • Verify and review data for errors or missing information to maintain data integrity • Update existing records and maintain accurate documentation for current information • Organize and file physical and electronic records to enable easy retrieval and compliance • Perform basic data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy • Generate simple reports as required to support team and management needs • Assist with administrative duties related to data management to support smooth operations • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information to protect sensitive data Required competencies and certifications • Minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification • Proficient in spoken and written English to communicate effectively • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to perform data entry and reporting • Good typing speed with strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data input • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines to complete tasks on time • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage records and collaborate Preferred competencies and qualifications • Prior data entry or administrative experience is an advantage
