HR Admin (Construction)

Location: Kembangan Job Description: • Provides day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, collates employment documents, maintains and updates personnel files; • Process payroll on a timely basis including computation of daily/monthly salaries, deductions, overtime for workers; • Update new hire information into HR database and system; • Support training activities for workers, including sending workers for CET training, BCA Coretrade, CSOC, etc; • Assist in course registration, maintain training records and training evaluation; • Handles foreign workers work pass application/renewal/cancellation, updates personnel particulars/employment details, address of foreign workers via OFWAS; • Manage administration matters including dormitories, workers insurances, security bonds, etc; • MYE application/extension; • Handle workers' home leave application, air tickets, and update in system. • Any other ad hoc miscellaneous assigned.
