FP&A Executive (Global FMCG MNC)

A global consumer goods company is seeking a high‑potential FP&A Executive to join its regional Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to step into a commercial finance role and gain exposure to business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis within a fast‑moving industry. What You’ll Do · Support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting · Analyse financial results, identify trends, and prepare management insights · Assist in building financial models and dashboards for business stakeholders · Partner with cross‑functional teams on cost reviews and business performance tracking · Participate in annual planning cycles and ad‑hoc strategic projects Who We’re Looking For · At least 2 years of experience in audit, accounting, or finance · Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field · Auditors from Big 4 or mid‑tier firms are encouraged to apply · Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel · Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment · A proactive learner with strong communication skills We encourage interested qualified candidates to email an updated resume in word doc format to enquiry@targetpartners.com.sg indicating current and expected compensation.
