Job Summary You will manage tender costing processes by extracting Bill of Quantity data, coordinating supplier quotations, analyzing costs, and preparing comprehensive tender submissions to support accurate project budgeting. Responsibilities • Extract Bill of Quantity data accurately using in-house costing software to ensure precise project cost inputs • Send requests for quotations (RFQs) to suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for project materials and services • Analyze and compare supplier quotations to identify cost-effective options and support informed decision-making • Prepare detailed tender cost estimates based on Bill of Quantity and unit rates to deliver complete and accurate project costing • Complete all tender-related documentation and forms to comply with submission requirements • Review tender information thoroughly for technical and cost accuracy to ensure compliance and completeness
