Location: Carros Centre Working Hours: 5.5 days Job Scope • Handle comprehensive motor accident reporting and claims processing from initial contact through resolution • Provide guidance to customers on accident claims procedures and recommend optimal repair solutions • Prepare accurate repair estimates, quotations, and invoices whilst maintaining high quality standards • Coordinate effectively with insurance companies, surveyors, workshops, and technicians to ensure seamless repair progress and customer satisfaction Requirements • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in insurance or automotive industry • Sound understanding of motor insurance claims processes and procedures • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven customer services abilities • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
