Responsibilities • Achieve sales targets by applying effective sales techniques and delivering quality service to customers • Provide guests with detailed introductions to the brand and products to enhance their understanding and interest • Follow up promptly after sales to ensure customer satisfaction with the brand and products • Comply strictly with company sales rules and procedures to maintain operational standards • Monitor fashion lifestyle and market trends to stay informed and relevant in sales approaches • Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure products are well displayed and stocked • Assist warehouse and store teams with product maintenance and inventory arrangement • Manage inventory, transfer, and receiving procedures accurately, including all related paperwork • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries effectively • Utilize store customer information to build and maintain positive communication and relationships with customers • Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively to improve loyalty and satisfaction • Execute POS system processes accurately to ensure smooth transactions • Adhere to work plans including attendance and professional appearance to project a consistent brand image • Participate actively in trainings and meetings organized by store management and support regional stores Preferred competencies and qualifications • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues • Exhibit excellent sales skills, including connecting with Very Important Customers (VIC) • Apply good organizational and coordination skills to manage tasks efficiently • Communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written forms; fluency in English is a plus • Work well under pressure and meet close deadlines to maintain productivity • Use advanced computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel to support operational tasks • Show personal interest in flatware, interior design, and luxury products to enhance customer engagement
