🍰 WE’RE HIRING — PASTRY COMMIS NOOR SINGAPORE Location: Singapore Position: Pastry Commis Employment Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: 6 days per week At NOOR Singapore , we’re bringing together Mediterranean flavours, Japanese influences, great drinks, music, and a lively dining experience. We’re looking for a Pastry Commis to join our kitchen team and help us create desserts that are as memorable as the rest of the NOOR experience. YOUR ROLE • Assist the pastry team with daily preparation and production • Prepare desserts, pastries, sauces, creams, garnishes and other components according to recipes • Assist with plating and presentation during service • Maintain consistency, quality and cleanliness across all pastry preparations • Ensure proper storage, labelling and handling of ingredients • Keep the pastry station clean, organised and well-stocked • Assist with stock checks and inventory control • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times • Support the wider kitchen team when required WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Previous experience in a pastry kitchen is preferred • Culinary or pastry training is an advantage • Passionate about food, desserts and hospitality • Willing to learn and develop new skills • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Good attention to detail and presentation • Reliable, punctual and team-oriented • Positive attitude and good energy — we believe in building a strong team culture WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive salary based on experience • Opportunities to learn and grow with the team • Staff meals • A fun, energetic and supportive working environment • Opportunities to develop your pastry and culinary skills • Performance incentives and recognition for good work At NOOR, we’re brewing a family .
