Sales Supervisor (销售主管)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: Lead sales execution for high-value interior renovation projects and bulk architectural film supply-and-apply contracts. Target luxury residential properties (landed, penthouses), commercial offices, retail chains, and boutique hospitality projects. Develop tailored pitch decks, high-level costings, and customized product value propositions for high-net-worth individuals and corporate decision-makers. Mentor and assist junior sales executives in complex negotiations and deal structuring to boost team closing rates. Work closely with the Sales Manager to define quarterly targets, sales campaigns, and channel strategy. Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, new product trends, and industry developments. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of direct sales experience in building materials, high-end fit-out, or window film industries. Proven track record in closing high-ticket deals (SGD 50k–200k+ contract values). Strong analytical, presentation, and contract negotiation skills. Language proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written) to present effectively to senior corporate stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals. 岗位职责与要求 岗位职责： 主导高客单价室内装修全案工程及大批量建筑膜供货/施工项目的攻坚与签约。 重点拓展豪宅（独立洋房、顶层复式）、甲级写字楼、连锁零售及精品酒店等高价值客户。 为高净值客户及企业决策层制定定制化汇报方案、成本预算及高附加值产品价值主张。 指导并协助初级销售人员进行复杂商务谈判与合同条款设计，提升团队整体成单率。 配合销售经理制定季度销售目标、市场推广策略及渠道攻坚计划。 收集市场竞争对手动态、价格体系及行业最新技术趋势，及时调整销售战术。 任职要求： 3 至 5 年以上建材、高端精装或建筑膜行业的直接销售与大单签约经验。 拥有独立签署大额合同（单单 5 万至 20 万新币以上）的成功历史业绩。 具备扎实的市场分析能力、高级商务演讲技巧及合同谈判技巧。 语言要求：精通中英双语（优秀的口语与书面表达），能毫无障碍地向高管、高净值人群及企业代表汇报。
