Industrial Engineer (Production Planning / Manufacturing)

• Develop production planning strategies to balance output, WIP levels, inventory targets and customer demand. • Analyse equipment capacity, production flow and process performance to identify opportunities for improved utilisation and throughput. • Coordinate production schedules for ingot manufacturing and inter-site deliveries, adjusting plans based on product mix, capacity and changing specifications. • Monitor yield and process-time variations, implementing planning adjustments to maintain stable production performance. • Support manufacturing improvement initiatives through data analysis, capacity studies and optimisation of material flow. Requirements: • Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. • At least 2 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, production planning or manufacturing operations. • Knowledge of manufacturing logistics, production processes, capacity planning and product costing. • Strong Microsoft Excel and PC skills; knowledge of C++. • Good team coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across manufacturing functions.
