• Deliver technical assistance to customers through multiple channels including phone, live chat, email, and onsite visits when required. • Participate in a 24/7 support environment, working on rotating shifts as scheduled. • Investigate and resolve technical problems by identifying root causes and applying appropriate troubleshooting methods.
