Job Summary You will support daily office administration and procurement activities to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities • Manage daily office administration tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing documents, and entering data accurately • Prepare and process quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders, and goods received notes to support procurement and operations • Coordinate local and overseas deliveries by tracking shipments and following up on outstanding invoices and payments to ensure timely receipt • Monitor purchase orders and communicate with suppliers to confirm on-time delivery of goods • Source and evaluate suppliers to secure competitive pricing, high product quality, and reliable service • Verify supplier invoices and maintain updated supplier price lists and payment records for accurate financial tracking • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team, including performing ad-hoc duties as assigned • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a proactive and responsible approach Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience with purchasing systems to enhance procurement efficiency • Minimum GCE “O” level or equivalent educational qualification • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply Other Information • Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days) • Working Hours: 8:30 am to 6:15 pm • Working Location: Kian Teck Road
