Corporate Secretarial Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Secretary Executive to provide corporate secretarial and administrative support to our clients and internal team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, service-driven, and keen to develop a career in corporate secretarial practice. Responsibilities: • Provide corporate secretarial and administrative support to clients and internal stakeholders. • Assist with corporate secretarial matters, including company incorporations, strike-offs, and the preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions. • Draft and update corporate secretarial records. • Assist the team and internal teams with client onboarding, servicing, and follow-up matters. • Follow compliance and regulatory requirements. • Other ad-hoc as assigned. Requirements • Minimum of Diploma in Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent. • At least 1 year of relevant experience as a corporate secretary in a similar role is advantages but inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply. • Strong communication skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Proficient in Mandarin is required for this position as we need to liaise with clients from Mainland China. • Committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work within deadlines. • Positive, meticulous, well-organised, and eager to learn.
