Design Coordinator

Job Description • Assist the Architect to coordinate design detailing between Clients and Consultants • Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mockup, and materials as well as supervise work progress to alleviate conflicts, dispute and abortive work. • Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for contract and procurement management • To coordinate architectural and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction documents • Resolve all site architectural issues (i.e. drawings discrepancies, method statements or correspondences) and implement the right methods to ensure quality and productivity, using BIM software or equivalent Job Requirements • Proficient in project management and architectural trades • Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment • Preferably with Design & Build Building experience
