Plastic Injection Moulding Technician

Job Description We are looking for a Plastic Injection Moulding Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for, 1. Setting up, operating, and maintaining injection moulding machines. 2. Assisting Moulding Supervisor 3. Have hands-on experience with moulding machines, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure smooth production flow. Responsibilities • Set up and operate plastic injection moulding machines according to specifications. • Monitor production process and ensure product quality meets required standards. • Conduct regular checks, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on machines. • Assist in preventive maintenance of moulds and machines. • Maintain accurate production records and report issues to supervisors. • Work closely with the production team to meet daily output and quality targets. • Follow workplace safety and 5S housekeeping practices. Requirements • Prior experience in plastic injection moulding operations is preferred. • Knowledge of moulding machines, tooling, and troubleshooting. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Can speak and read english.
