Part-Time Sales Manager, Lighting Showroom (Singapore) - Retirees welcome to apply

Part-Time Sales Manager, Lighting Showroom (Singapore) 3-4 days a week | Base S$1,000-1,500/month + commission | Top performers earn S$2,000-3,500 more Sell a lighting product people can't buy anywhere else. Illuminating Asia designs and owns the patented residential lighting under the Lune Brillante brand, including HAGA™, our coveless cove light that gives a home the look of a built-in cove without the construction work. Our products are proprietary and designed in-house, so you're offering something distinctive rather than competing on price with every other shop. See what you'd be selling: www.lunebrillante.sg About the role You'll be the face of our showroom: welcoming homeowners and interior designers, understanding what they want for their space, and recommending lighting setups that suit the mood and design theme. You'll prepare proposals, follow up with leads, and build a base of repeat clients and referrals over time. You'll also work with our marketing team on lead generation, social content, and the occasional showroom event or workshop. What we're looking for • You love sales: the conversation, the follow-up, and the satisfaction of closing. • You advise with honesty and integrity. You'd rather recommend the right setup than the most expensive one, because happy clients refer their friends. • You're service-oriented and patient with people who are still figuring out what they want. • You're self-driven and motivated by targets and commission. • You're reliable and responsive. Many clients enquire in the evenings, so we ask that you reply to messages after hours (for example, by 10pm). • Sales experience is preferred. Lighting or interior knowledge is a bonus, and we'll train you on the rest. • You're comfortable with WhatsApp, a CRM, and basic digital tools. Who's welcome Experienced sales professionals, career switchers, and retirees who want active, meaningful work on a flexible schedule. What matters is your attitude and your people skills, not your age. Schedule (you choose) • 3-4 days a week, including 2 weekend days • Weekdays: 5-6 hours | Weekends: 6-8 hours • Based at our Singapore showroom What you'll earn • Base: S$1,000-1,500 per month • Commission: our top performers earn S$2,000-3,500 per month on top of base. Your actual earnings depend on your results. • Full training on our proven sales and service process, so you're not starting from zero Why join us • A patented, award-winning product range that gives you a real story to tell • A clear process and training from day one • Flexible days that fit around family, hobbies, or other commitments • The chance to grow with a brand that's expanding How to apply Email your CV to HR@illuminatingasia.com.
