IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION: To assist IT & Project Manager on daily IT operations and requests from users as well as implementation of IT projects within the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage Desktop/Laptop/Mobile Devices applications and hardware support to users • Perform daily backup jobs, restoration of backup data and monitoring of SQL scheduled jobs • Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers • Maintain accurate Asset Management records • Prepare BI reports & analyse data for Management • Ability to multi-task,prioritize workload and adapt to continuously changing procedures and processes. • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned REQUIREMENTS: • Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent • Ability to analyse, diagnose and resolve issues • At least 2 years in IT support and administration • Experience in Window Desktop & Server O/S, anti-virus and backup software • Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL DB • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, basic networking concepts and troubleshooting • Good team player with good communication skills ▪ Work location in the West ▪ Working day: 5.5 days a week
