Role of Executive, Retail Support (Part time, 1-year contract) 1. Centre Operations & Retail Support • Centre Operations • Manage day-to-day administrative and operational functions. • Handle walk-in enquiries and donations. initiatives, and compliance with organisational policies. • Retail Support (at Ang Mo Kio) • Supportretail operations and sales. • Assist with merchandise packing and stocktake. 2. Programme & Administrative Operations • Logistical Execution: Deliver comprehensive administrative and logistical support for all onsite centre-based programmes and services, including Education Support and Vocational Development initiatives. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, participation logs, and administrative files related to weekend programmes. Requirements • At least ITE/ Diploma in any discipline related to social sciences, education or related discipline. • 1-3 years of relevant working experience in social service sector or non-profit organisation, preferably in administration, operations or programme support • Creative, nurturing and passionate in working with children • Strong inter-personal and communication skills with an interest in relationship building • Strong organisational and coordination skills • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure • Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds • Service-oriented, adaptable, and a team player • Proficient in Microsoft Office Work Arrangements • Required to work 2 days per week (Saturday to Sunday or as rostered) • Primary Work Location: Ang Mo Kio, 10am to 4pm • Required to provide coverage across Club Rainbow’s Centres islandwide, as rostered and when operational needs arise • 1 year renewable contract (subject to organization needs and performance)
