Human Resource Executive / Senior Executive

Job Responsibilities • Recruitment and Onboarding : Post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, onboarding, probation, confirmation, performance management, staff development, and lead new hire orientation. • Employee Relations : Answer staff questions, mediate conflicts, and guide supervisors through performance management. • Benefits and Payroll Support : Assist with health benefits, long-service benefits, company insurance, leave administration, and collaborate with finance on payroll processing. • Compliance and Records : Maintain accurate employee files in Times Software and physical file, and monitor adherence to labour laws. • Policy Implementation : Update employee handbooks and roll out internal company policies. • Primary contact with government authorities on HR related matters, including grants, surveys and queries. • Submission of claims for Government schemes, such as Profamily leave scheme • Maintain staff confidentiality and exercise sound judgement when dealing with sensitive matters. • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management Job Requirements • Diploma holder in Human Resource Management or related discipline • Preferably with 3- years of relevant experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Well versed in Singapore Employment Act and Labour Law • Well versed with service industry work permit matter • Advantageous for those with Times Software hands on experience • Meticulous, patient and pleasant personality • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified)
