• Manage and supervise daily construction site activities to ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications and schedules. • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and workers to ensure smooth site operations. • Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and equipment at the construction site. • Review and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications. • Coordinate and follow up on site inspections, submissions and technical matters. • Ensure construction works comply with relevant safety, quality and regulatory requirements. • Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant parties on corrective actions. • Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports and other project documentation. • Monitor work progress and assist in meeting project deadlines and budgets. • Supervise and guide site personnel and workers to ensure work is carried out properly and efficiently.
