Sales/Snr Sales Technical Executive (Construction/Building Materials)

Company Overview Inter-Span Marketing Pte Ltd is the main marketing and distribution arm of S3, supplying a wide range of construction and building solutions to main and sub-contractors for private residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Singapore. Job Summary Join Inter-Span as a technically skilled sales professional to grow client relationships and support projects in waterproofing, grouting, and tile adhesives, driving sales growth and delivering technical expertise. Responsibilities • Introduce new products and promote existing ones to contractors and architects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and client needs • Prepare detailed submissions and presentations for customers to support sales efforts and project approvals • Conduct site visits, mock-ups, and technical meetings independently to demonstrate product applications and solutions • Provide technical follow-up on project sales, recommending new solutions, training, and troubleshooting support to enhance customer satisfaction • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact, fostering trust and repeat business • Monitor customer accounts to ensure prompt collections and maintain healthy cash flow • Prepare monthly sales reports for management to track progress and inform strategic decisions • Track industry trends, market activity, and competitor movements to identify new business opportunities and maintain competitive advantage Required competencies and certifications • Proven ability to independently run site trade demonstrations and technical meetings • Own transport required for site visits and client meetings (Can be discussed) Preferred competencies and qualifications • 2–5 years of experience working with contractors and architects in construction materials sales • Good knowledge of waterproofing, grouting, and tile adhesives products • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders • High energy, self-driven, positive, and proactive attitude • Strong presentation, negotiation, and prospecting skills Other Information • Employment type: Full Time, Executive level • Salary: Basic $3,500 – $4,200/month + Transport Allowance + Commission (OTE $60k–$100k+ annually) • Career advancement opportunities with title and seniority based on experience • Work location: Northstar @ AMK, 7030 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, Singapore 569880 • Application: Send resume to info@inter-span.com or WhatsApp CV to 8201 2213
