Purchasing Assistant Cum Administer

Responsibilities: • Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in a timely manner. • Source, negotiate, and procure construction materials, machinery, and equipment from local and overseas vendors. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing. • Verify quotations to ensure accuracy and alignment with project/site requirements. • Maintain updated pricing records from suppliers and provide relevant reports for purchasing decisions. • Process invoices, debit notes, and other procurement-related documentation. • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations. • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Department Head. Requirements: • Preferred: Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR). • Strong negotiation and sourcing skills with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks efficiently. • Knowledge of construction materials and equipment is advantageous. Working Hours: • Monday to Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM • Saturday: 8 AM – 12 PM
