Requirements:
• Proven experience in logistics management, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and tools for tracking shipments, managing inventory, and analyzing data (e.g., ERP systems, transportation management systems).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate with external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures related to transportation and warehousing operations.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits, conferences, or other business-related activities.
