Job Description & Requirements
• To take out quantities from drawings
• To calculate quantities for subcontractor’s claim
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.
• Responsible for all works related Quantity surveyor duties.
• To prepare necessary quotations
• To assist accounts personnel and prepare staff salary
• To prepare & submit progress claims
• Must be willing to go for site visit
Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 3 years QS experience
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and CAD measurement
• Great Networking abilities
