Manager/Senior Manager, Strategic Planning Our client is looking for a corporate planning and strategy professional to drive insights, performance reporting, and key planning initiatives. Responsibilities • Conduct research and analysis on workforce trends, industry developments, and emerging issues. • Translate data and findings into meaningful insights, reports, presentations, and recommendations. • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare updates for senior management. • Coordinate planning initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring timely follow-up on key actions and deliverables. • Support planning discussions and leadership meetings through the preparation of materials, presentations, and documentation. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders on assigned initiatives and projects. • Maintain accurate data and reporting to support analysis and informed decision-making. Requirements • At least 5 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, research, consulting, performance reporting, data analysis, or related areas. • Experience within the government, public sector, or public policy environment will be an advantage. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw meaningful insights and recommendations from data. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate projects effectively across teams. • Meticulous, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
