Occupational Therapist

• Leading Healthcare Provider! • 5 days work week / Near Marymount MRT / Transport provided at MRT • Prior exp as Occupational Therapist in hospital setting is required Our client is a leading Healthcare provider Responsibilities: • Manage clinical caseload and support palliative rehabilitation practice (e.g. breathlessness management, prescription of equipment, collaborative goal setting) across the various care settings. • Deliver evidence-based individualised care through holistic comprehensive assessment, treatment and evaluation of care. • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary colleagues to meet patient needs. • Participate in service review to drive service improvement. • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of adherence to relevant clinical guidelines. • Be a resource and support to other team members and community professionals. • Take initiative in pursuing life-long learning and personal development through reflective practice and engage actively with learning and development opportunities. • Supervise and assign appropriate treatment plans to therapy assistants. • Maintain high quality patient documentation and records. • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation at all times. • Any other duties as and when assigned. Requirements: • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution • Must be fully registered with Allied Health Professions Council • At least 4 years of occupational therapy work experience in an acute hospital setting or community setting • Bilingual and ability to communicate in local dialects preferred Other Information: • Working Days/Hours: Mon to Thurs (8am to 530pm), Fri ends at 5pm • Location: Near Marymount MRT (Transport provided at MRT) • Up to S$6.8K Basic+allowances+bonuses!
