Corporate Secretarial, Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full range of corporate secretarial duties to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth company operations • Execute company incorporations and foreign branch or representative office registrations accurately and timely • Conduct striking-off procedures following legal and regulatory guidelines • Draft directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, meeting minutes, and related corporate documents with precision • Maintain statutory registers and prepare submissions to ACRA to meet compliance deadlines • Utilize Viewpoint software to manage client records efficiently and maintain data accuracy • Independently handle a portfolio of clients, liaising effectively with auditors to support audit processes • Support ad-hoc corporate secretarial tasks including employment pass applications, bank account openings, and license applications • Assist with trust administration and provide additional secretarial support as required Preferred Competencies and Qualifications • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Law, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of corporate secretarial experience • CSIS qualification or currently pursuing it is advantageous • Strong knowledge of the Companies Act • Proficiency in Viewpoint software • Effective communication and organizational skills demonstrated through client and team interactions • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
