In nurturing self-awareness, whether in group sessions, or privates one-on-one, we work together with you to understand what's happening in your body, and help you reach goals ranging from being pain free to attaining peak performance in the circus. We believe in being awake and present to our daily environment, recognizing the impact of how we move in the world, and how our daily movements affect our body. When our bodies move better, we feel better. We offer bespoke studio pilates reformer classes, gyrotonic classes, aerial hammock classes, and holistic wellness workshops. Our Back Care classes are catered towards helping people understand their scoliosis curvature better through movement and how to help stabilize their back and spine.
