English Job Responsibilities • Assist with daily food preparation and cooking • Prepare ingredients according to recipes and portion standards • Cook and prepare local dishes while maintaining quality and consistency • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen • Assist with stock receiving, storage and inventory • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures • Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties • Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations Requirements • Experience preparing local Singapore food is a strong advantage • Experience with dishes such as chicken rice, local rice dishes and other Singapore-style food is a plus • F&B / kitchen experience is preferred but not essential • Training will be provided • Passionate about local food and willing to learn • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Responsible, hardworking and reliable • Good team player • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Who Can Apply • Singapore Citizens • Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) • Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders • Work Permit (WP) holders What We Offer • Competitive salary • Staff meals / benefits • Training provided • Friendly and modern working environment • Career progression opportunities Interested in joining our team?
