Position: Sales Admin Working days: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm Location: TRADEHUB 21 Salary: $2800 +- Roles & Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients across Singapore. • Drive sales and promote the company’s range of hotel amenities and products. • Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions. • Follow up with existing clients on orders, enquiries and product requirements. • Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth order fulfilment. • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, quotations and other sales-related documents. • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues. • Spend approximately 50% of the time on indoor/office-based work and 50% on outdoor/client-facing activities . • Work towards achieving sales targets and supporting overall business growth. Job Requirements • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent, with 1-3 years of Administrative, customer service, sales experience • Previous sales experience is preferred. • Experience in the hospitality industry or product supply will be an added advantage. • Comfortable with both office-based administrative work and outdoor/client-facing activities. • Knowledge of Sales force or SAP is an added advantage.
