Job Summary Lead and supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficient logistics management. Responsibilities • Lead warehouse teams to execute daily logistics and inventory tasks efficiently, ensuring timely order fulfillment and stock accuracy • Organize and coordinate warehouse activities to optimize space utilization and workflow processes • Apply problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues, minimizing delays and errors • Communicate clearly with team members and management to align on goals, safety protocols, and performance expectations • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer software to track inventory and generate reports • Maintain physical readiness to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items safely as required Preferred competencies and qualifications • Hold a high school diploma or GED • Possess previous supervisory or management experience in warehouse or logistics settings • Have a degree in business, logistics, or management (preferred but not required)
