Resident Engineer (PE Assignee)

• Supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with BCA regulations and client requirements. • Liaise with main contractors, architects, and engineers for the approval of shop drawings and resolution of site issues. • To ensure that all Structural, Architectural installation works at site are carried out in accordance with approved plans, building-by-laws and contract specifications. • To assist the Architects/Engineers to supervise the contractors and co-ordinate with consultants to ensure work on site is done to achieve the objectives of quality and timeliness. • Management of site safety in accordance with Ministry of Manpower guidelines. • Attendance at site meetings and preparation of meeting minutes. • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of rectification works and quality of materials. Requirements: • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in building works, as well as HDB, JTC, and LTA projects. • Registered Resident Technical Officer (C&S) with IES or ACES. • Sound knowledge of BCA regulations, local codes, and workplace safety requirements. • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
