• Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering , or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building management, property management, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of building facilities, maintenance, and basic M&E systems .
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with contractors, service providers, and internal teams .
• Able to work independently and respond to maintenance and breakdown issues when required.
