Procurement / Purchasing Admin

• Basic $2,500 - $2,800 + VB + Lunch Subsidy • Working location: Tagore Lane • Working Days: Monday - Friday • Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm • TRAINING PROVIDED Job Responsibilities : • Handle daily purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations. • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on orders and deliveries. • Maintain supplier records and purchasing documents. • Check and file invoices and related documents. • Prepare reports and perform cost and profit analysis using Excel and Word. • Assist with price negotiations and cost-saving activities. • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers. • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve order and delivery issues. • Other ad hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • 1–2 years relevant experience in purchasing or admin role preferred • Training will be provided for those with lesser experience.
