Head of Compliance

Head of Compliance – Singapore A leading fintech stockbroking firm is seeking a Head of Compliance to lead the compliance function for its Singapore investment and stockbroking business. Key Responsibilities • Lead the Singapore compliance framework and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance. • Manage relationships with MAS and other regulatory bodies. • Oversee compliance monitoring, risk assessments, audits, breaches and regulatory reporting. • Advise senior stakeholders and business teams on regulatory requirements. • Maintain policies and procedures in line with regulatory developments. • Support new investment products, business initiatives and provide compliance guidance. • Take senior management accountability under Singapore’s IAC regime . Requirements • 5+ years’ senior compliance experience in Singapore. • Strong knowledge of Singapore financial services and stockbroking/investment regulation . • Proven experience managing MAS relationships . • Relevant degree in Law, Finance, Business, Accounting or related field. • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and leadership skills.
