Senior Architectural Coordinator

Job Description: • Attend technical meeting / site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions • Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues • Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings • Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works • Supervise the progress of architectural works on site • Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in Architect or equivalent • 5-8 years relevant working experience in Architectural coordination • Preferably with experience in hospital projects • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • 5 days work week
