Key Responsibilities (Intern 1 - Writer for LinkedIn) 1. Content Creator for LinkedIn • Support Dept Lead in ensuring our LinkedIn content calendar align with our strategic direction, our fund-raising campaigns and key events. • Craft compelling and professional written content on LinkedIn for AMP35 events and activities, writing articles pertaining to economic well-being, promote healthy and positive work culture at AMP #lifeatAMP, soft sell our fund-raising campaigns and events, tips and topics that’s relatable to mid-career professionals and showcases the behind-the-scenes of AMP. • Engage with our followers on LinkedIn. • Ensuring that AMP mentions on traditional newspaper is reflected online, especially on Facebook. 2. Reels Management Support (Internal Staff) • Mobilise staff and liase with vendor during the pre-production and post-production stage of reels filming to promote internal and external events. • Ensure that filming of reels goes smoothly on the day of filming. 3. Admin support (ad-hoc) • Raise PR - support Dept Lead in the preparation and submission of invoices and quotes from potential vendors for any campaigns. • Support Dept Lead in analytics reporting for LinkedIn and META. • Photography support (internal events, if any). • Note taking during meetings. Key Responsibilities (Intern 2 - Marketing Support) 1. Collaborators/Influencer marketing • Research industry trends and trending videos for trending Instagram reels ideas. • Ensuring there is alignment between reel ideas and our online branding message. • Support Dept Lead in initiating influencers collaborations from A-Z (from writing to influencers, source for quotes, oversee the communications, ideation, execution and ensure requirements are met and delivered). • Analyse the performance after collaboration . 2. Website changes and Updates • Assist to make changes to the website (for eg. Content updates, banners, info, career openings). 3. Marketing Admin support (ad-hoc) • Support Dept Lead when there is any sort of performance tracking needs to be done (using META dashboard or LinkedIn dashboard). • Contribute marketing ideas when developing campaigns. • Ensure that content calendar is adhered to, meeting deadlines and vendor is also on time with deliverables. • Photography support (internal events, if any). • Note taking during meetings.
