Account cum Admin Executive

Job Summary We are a professional wellness service provider with over 40 years of establishment. We offer spa, slimming, massage, wellness services, and operate an aesthetic clinic. We seek a responsible, multitasking individual eager to learn new skills. Responsibilities • Perform daily accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) data entry to maintain accurate financial records • Execute AR/AP entry and conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy • Prepare and manage product inventory for branch distribution and receipt • Carry out general administrative duties to support daily operations • Implement new staff onboarding protocols to facilitate smooth integration • Manage ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support business needs • Liaise with government agencies such as IRAS and MOM to ensure compliance with regulations • Handle bank reconciliation processes to verify financial transactions • Manage local and overseas correspondence to maintain effective communication • Prepare quotations and process purchase orders to support procurement • Provide general operational support to branches to enhance efficiency • Assist with recruitment processes and application of work permits to support staffing needs Required competencies and certifications • Knowledge of accounting practices and demonstrated working experience • Proficiency in computer applications relevant to administrative and accounting tasks • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience Preferred competencies and qualifications • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience using Xero accounting software Other Information • Work schedule: 5 days per week • Work location: Ubi
