F&B Regional Operations Executive (Halal)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Regional F&B Operations Executive to support Halal food manufacturing operations by ensuring smooth production, compliance with MUIS / JAKIM and other regional Halal standards, and effective coordination of automated equipment to maintain consistent product quality. Responsibilities • Oversee production workflow to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency • Monitor and support automated machinery to ensure continuous and reliable production • Ensure full compliance with MUIS / JAKIM Halal, HACCP, and ISO22000 standards to uphold food safety and quality • Conduct regular hygiene and safety inspections to maintain a safe production environment • Manage raw material and packaging inventory using FIFO methods to prevent spoilage and waste • Maintain accurate production logs and operational records for traceability and reporting purposes • Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve production issues and improve processes Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in food manufacturing or F&B operations, preferably within a Halal environment • Understanding of production processes, food safety protocols, and basic automation equipment • Ability to travel regularly to Malaysia for operational support
