ADMIN CUM ACCOUNTANT

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations • Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow statements • Assist in GST submission, corporate tax computation, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities • Maintain proper accounting records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents • Process payroll, CPF contributions, staff claims, and administrative payments • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control activities • Perform general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and office coordination • Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and company internal controls • Provide support for ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience • Knowledge of Singapore accounting practices, GST, CPF, and statutory requirements • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
