Responsibilities • Manage inventory planning and replenishment activities to ensure optimal stock availability. • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of ERP master data and inventory records. • Monitor stock levels, analyze inventory trends, and support inventory optimization initiatives. • Support procurement and material planning activities, including requisitions, order tracking, and replenishment. • Generate and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to support business decisions. • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, supply chain issues, and replenishment exceptions. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and warehouses to ensure smooth operations. • Support new product launches, system enhancements, and continuous improvement projects. • Maintain visibility of material requests and provide timely updates on inventory and order status. • Provide cross-functional support and handle ad hoc operational requests as required.
