Crewing Executive (Ship Management)

Responsibilities • Prepare crew change and rotation plans for rehirable crew in coordination with the Senior Manager - Crewing • Develop crew line-ups and submit for Senior Manager - Crewing approval • Maintain and update crew personal data and plan crew changes accurately • Verify validity of crew travel documents, STCW certificates, and licenses to ensure compliance • Process travel documents, visa applications, air ticketing, and arrange pre-employment medical exams for directly employed crew • Prepare Seafarers Contracts of Employment in consultation with the Assistant Crewing Manager • Organize briefing sessions for Masters and Chief Engineers in Singapore • Liaise effectively with crew suppliers to coordinate crew logistics • Compile crew Protection & Indemnity (P&I) insurance claims accurately • Review and verify monthly invoices related to crew management • Enter and update crew personal data into Personnel Software systems • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Manager - Crewing
