Job Summary As a Clinic Executive, you will oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring excellent patient care, operational efficiency, and team performance while driving continuous improvements and compliance. Responsibilities • Lead and supervise daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards • Manage, coach, and develop Dental Surgery Assistants and Front Desk staff to enhance team capabilities and performance • Deliver exceptional customer service by monitoring patient satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly • Monitor clinic productivity and appointment flow to optimize operational efficiency • Ensure strict compliance with MOH regulations, infection control protocols, and clinic SOPs to maintain safety and quality standards • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and leave planning to maintain adequate coverage • Conduct regular staff training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to support professional growth • Oversee inventory management by tracking stock levels and coordinating timely replenishment • Handle patient feedback professionally and resolve service-related issues to uphold clinic reputation • Collaborate closely with dentists and headquarters to meet operational and business goals • Maintain accurate clinic records and submit required operational reports on time • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture that supports continuous improvement Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare environment. • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. • Customer-focused with a proactive mindset. • Comfortable using clinic management software and Microsoft Office. • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
