SITE ENGINEER

Responsibilities: • Coordinate and work closely with Project Manager to oversee site matters and provide technical support such as interpret construction drawings • Ensure all technical drawings conform to the latest BCA codes and regulations • Supervise site progress and ensure timely delivery of contract works from subcontractors/suppliers • Manage subcontractors/suppliers to perform their respective scope of works for smooth project execution • Conduct regular site inspections and enforce in-house regulations • Attend site meetings to assist the Project Manager with necessary preparatory works • Liaise with relevant government agencies to obtain necessary site permits/clearances • Any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by superiors Job Qualifications / Requirements: • Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management • Strong knowledge in use of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit and microsoft projects
