We provide structured Mandarin language programmes for adults and children, from complete beginners to advanced learners. Our classes focus on practical communication, speaking confidence and real-world use of Mandarin. If you are an experienced Chinese Language Teacher, Mandarin Trainer or Chinese as a Foreign Language Teacher , we would love to hear from you! 🗣️ What You Will Teach You may conduct: • Conversational Mandarin – Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced • Business Mandarin • Mandarin for working professionals • Mandarin for children and young learners • Private 1-to-1 lessons • Small-group and classroom lessons • Online Mandarin lessons 🎯 Your Responsibilities • Conduct engaging and effective Mandarin lessons according to our structured syllabus and teaching materials . • Deliver high-quality Chinese language instruction. • Develop learners’ Mandarin speaking, listening, vocabulary and communication skills . • Adapt teaching approaches according to learners’ proficiency, objectives and learning needs. • Conduct private and group classes at our centres or clients’ locations. • Conduct online lessons when required. • Provide professional advice and guidance to learners on how to improve their Mandarin. • Maintain a professional, positive and learner-focused teaching environment. 👩‍🏫 Who We Are Looking For We welcome applications from experienced: • Mandarin Teachers • Chinese Language Teachers • Chinese Language Trainers • Mandarin Trainers • Chinese as a Foreign Language Teachers • Part-Time Language Teachers Requirements • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Linguistics, Education, Chinese Studies or a related field . • Relevant experience teaching Mandarin Chinese / Chinese as a Foreign Language . • Excellent Mandarin proficiency. • Fluent English , with the ability to explain Chinese language concepts clearly in English. • Comfortable using English as the medium of instruction for learners whose first language is not Chinese. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Passionate about teaching and helping learners achieve their language goals. • Professional, reliable and responsible. • Willing to conduct classes in Singapore, including occasional travel to clients’ locations. • Able to attend an interview face-to-face in Singapore or via Zoom . ⭐ Advantageous Qualifications Candidates with any of the following will be favourably considered: • ACLP certification • ACTA or equivalent adult-education/training qualification • WSQ training experience • Experience teaching Chinese/Mandarin as a Foreign Language • Experience teaching Business Mandarin • Experience teaching adult learners or corporate clients • Experience teaching children or young learners • Experience conducting both classroom and online lessons These qualifications are advantageous but are not mandatory unless specifically required for a particular programme. 💰 Teaching Rate SGD $30 – $40 per hour Teaching opportunities may be available at: 📍 Linda Mandarin centres 🏢 Clients’ premises across Singapore 💻 Online via Zoom The actual teaching rate may vary depending on teaching experience, qualifications, course type and teaching location. 🌏 Why Join Linda Mandarin? ✨ Join an established language school in Singapore ✨ Structured curriculum and teaching materials provided ✨ Teach learners from different backgrounds and proficiency levels ✨ Opportunities for both classroom and online teaching ✨ Adult, corporate and children’s teaching opportunities ✨ Flexible part-time teaching arrangements ✨ Develop your professional experience as a Mandarin language educator 📩 How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume in English or Chinese .
