MindChamps Preschool/ MindSpace After-school Administrator

Responsibilities • Reporting to the Principal/Centre Manager on administration matters, this is a dedicated internal and external client service role, supporting both MindChamps Preschool and MindSpace After-school. • This job involves paperwork documentation and filing, engagement with parents, interactions with the children and working co-operatively with all team members. Job Responsibilities: • Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report, etc.) • Input data on ECDA website (e.g. particulars of new teachers, reporting of cases of infectious diseases subsidy, etc.) c Prepare monthly forms such as teachers and children’s attendance form, sign in/out forms, school bus attendance forms, etc. • Conduct daily health checks on the children upon arrival. • Assist parents in the purchase of merchandise such as uniforms, caps, books, etc. • Conduct stock-taking and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery. • Escort the children to the school buses. • Provide support in monthly invoicing matters. • Responsible for data-entry of invoices/purchases • Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). • Ideal candidates have a Diploma and at least 1 year of preschool admin experience • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task. • Location: Holland Road/Clementi Only short-listed candidates will be notified for interview.
