Visual Design Specialist (Technical - Non-Creative)

Position Summary: Our client is seeking a Visual Design Specialist to support typography, visual quality and design standards within an automotive components R&D environment . The role will establish and maintain visual guidelines, review design outputs for consistency and quality, and provide professional design and typography support to internal teams and external partners. The successful candidate will also contribute to improving design practices and sharing expertise across the team. Salary: up to $6,000 Work Days: 5 Days Work Location: Central Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain visual, typography and design standards within an automotive components R&D environment. • Review design work to ensure consistency, quality and professional presentation. • Support typography, layout and graphic development using text and imagery. • Work with internal teams and external design partners on visual projects. • Provide design guidance and support to enhance overall visual quality. • Share design knowledge and best practices with team members. Requirements: • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related discipline • 3 to 5 years of professional experience preferably from publishing or automotive industry • Strong typography, typesetting and layout skills • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign • Experience with Rhino, CAD or similar tools is an advantage • Strong eye for detail with a good understanding of visual standards and design principles • Singaporean only need apply Please submit your resume in MS Word format and portfolio to sunnie@united-personnel.com Our client will be very interested in your best projects so remember toinclude your design portfolio!
