Business Development Manager – Façade & Building Maintenance What You'll Earn Basic salary SGD $3,000–$4,500 (commensurate with experience), plus uncapped commission paid separately per project closed. What You'll Do You'll drive new business in façade maintenance, re-sealant, and glass replacement projects — both for completed buildings and ongoing construction (A&A) works. This is a business delelopment role with real closing power: you'll source and convert your own and company provided pipeline, shape go-to-market strategy, and have a direct hand in partnerships and market expansion. You'll also represent the company at industry events and trade shows, building the network that fuels your next deal.
