Project Manager (Commercial Workplace / Interior Fit-Out Projects)

As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of corporate workplace fit-out projects from pre-construction through project completion. Key Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of commercial workplace fit-out projects from planning through to successful completion. • Manage project scope, budget, programme, contracts, and overall project performance. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. • Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with statutory requirements. • Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. • Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications. • Oversee site execution to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. • Resolve project issues proactively while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in commercial workplace (office fit-out) projects . • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, contract administration, scheduling, and risk management. • Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to project delivery. • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. • Proficiency in AutoCAD will be an advantage. • Possess relevant Workplace Safety certifications, such as Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites (CSCPM) , will be an added advantage.
