Responsibilities • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally to create a positive first impression • Take food and drink orders accurately to ensure correct preparation and delivery • Serve dishes and beverages promptly to maintain guest satisfaction and service flow • Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests and maintain dining area readiness • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area to uphold hygiene standards • Respond to customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally to enhance guest experience • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service • Handle cashier duties accurately as needed to support payment processes • Follow all hygiene and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management to support restaurant operations Preferred competencies and qualifications • Professional appearance and positive work attitude to represent the restaurant well • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members • Friendly, proactive, and willing to learn to adapt and grow within the role • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment to maintain service quality under pressure • Team player with a service-first mindset to contribute to a collaborative work culture • Non-smokers preferred to align with company health and safety preferences Other Information Benefits • Competitive salary: $2,000 – $2,500 • Staff meals provided • Uniform provided • Career advancement opportunities • Fun, inclusive, and team-oriented work culture Working Hours • 5-day work week • Shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays ---
