Maintenance Technician • Working Days: 5 days (8am - 5.15pm) • Salary: From $ 2k • Office Location: Toh Guan • Other benefits: Flex Benefits $ 100 - $ 300 / Transport Allowance $ 325 (Own vehicle needed for the role) / month + Will state exact amount of confirmation increment from $ 30 Summary • To perform preventive and corrective maintenance works on equipment to ensure equipment can function / operate properly and safely. Requirements: • Nitec in Electrical Engineering. • Technician experience in lift industry. Responsibilities • Carry out preventive maintenance works in accordance to the schedule. • Carry out corrective maintenance works as and when required. • Observe safety work procedures. • Ensure that tools provided are properly kept and used. • Observe proper behavior while working. • Perform standby works when required. • Follow-up on breakdown report and assist Standby Section where required. • Report to the superior on all matters relating to the section. • Carry out any other duties as assigned by superior. • To keep proper records of works carried out in the relevant reports. • Attend to the building or equipment inspection as required, by law (BCA, FSB). • Assist in conducting and investigation of damages / accidents to equipment or personnel. • Follow-up on QA defects. • Ensure compliance to Environmental Policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution. • Perform maintenance work under supervision.
